Tea for Wii Chii

The Wii Chiiwaakanak Learning Centre provides culturally relevant and integral programming that supports and nurtures the surrounding community. As we celebrate the Tea for Wii Chii’s 10th anniversary, we want to say ‘thank you’ to donors who’ve given such wonderful support to Wii Chii!

The Wii Chiiwaakanak Learning Centre is designed to reflect our community's needs for an educational gathering place that is inclusive and accessible by focusing efforts on Indigenous, low-income, and new Canadians. All of Wii Chii’s programs are free of charge and open to all families and individuals regardless of age, knowledge, or ability. Programming includes:

Children & Youth

Indigenous STEAM Camp

STEM Explorers

Indigenous Craft Group

Family Programming

Learning Anishinaabemowin

Women's Self-Defense

Powwow Club

The team at Wii Chii continues to make important programming that supports and nurtures the community. It is thanks to generous donors that Wii Chiiwaakanak Learning Centre is able to provide 91全能版’s inner-city community free and open access to meeting spaces, after-school clubs, and numerous cultural programs.
